1. Who we are

This website, www.7nightdrink.com, is operated for the 7 Night brand by Park Gida.

2. What this page covers

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website. It describes what this website actually does today — it will be updated whenever that changes (for example, if analytics are added).

3. Information we collect

• The enquiry form. When you submit this form, what you enter (your name, phone number, and any of email, company, country, how you heard about us, or message you choose to add) is sent by email to our team so we can reply to your enquiry. It is not stored in any database — the email itself is the only copy kept. If you give a valid email address, your reply-to address is set so we can respond directly, and we send you a short confirmation email that does not repeat what you wrote. If you arrived through a tagged link (for example a QR code shown at an exhibition), that tag, and the language of the page you used, are added to our copy of your enquiry. To prevent abuse, the server briefly keeps a count of recent submissions from each internet connection (never the content of your message); it is not stored with your enquiry.
• The exhibition registration form. If you open the registration page from a QR code at a trade fair and register, what you enter (company, contact person, job title, phone, email, country, what you are interested in, and your two tick-box choices) is sent by email to our team and added to our customer list, which we keep so that we can follow up on your interest in our products. We keep it for as long as it is needed for that purpose, and you can ask us to correct or delete your entry at any time using the contact details below. If you tick the optional box, we may send you news and offers about 7 Night by email and phone, and you can withdraw at any time. Apart from the email, the web server stores nothing of what you enter.
• WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Facebook links. Clicking any of these takes you to that company's own app or website. What happens to your information there is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one.
• Standard technical logs. Like most websites, the server that hosts this site (Natro) automatically records basic technical information for each visit (such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the visit). This is standard web server behaviour, used only to keep the site running securely.

4. Cookies

This website does not currently set any cookies of its own, and does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising, or tracking tool.

5. Your rights

This website does not keep a database of enquiry form submissions — the email it generates is the only copy, except for exhibition registrations, which are also added to our customer list (see section 3). If you'd like that email deleted, or have any other question about your data, contact us using the details below and we'll action it. This website does not currently use cookies or analytics, so there is nothing else on file in that respect.

We may update this page as the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
